Nashik Expansion: Jyoti Structures Hits 72k MT Milestone

Jyoti Structures has successfully commissioned galvanisation facilities at its second tower manufacturing unit in Nashik, significantly enhancing its operational and manufacturing capabilities.

The newly commissioned facility has an annual production capacity of 36,000 metric tonnes and is equipped with a galvanising plant, three CNC drilling machines, and refurbished CNC equipment. These additions improve fabrication precision, production throughput, and finishing quality in tower manufacturing. Jyoti Structures’ first Nashik unit, operational since August 2022, also has a capacity of 36,000 metric tonnes, taking the company’s combined tower manufacturing capacity in Nashik to approximately 72,000 metric tonnes per annum.

The expanded capacity strengthens the company’s ability to execute both existing and upcoming transmission projects. Commenting on the development, CEO Rajesh Kumar Singh said that the commissioning of galvanisation operations at the second Nashik unit enhances manufacturing depth and provides greater operational control across critical stages of tower production.

This development supports Jyoti Structures’ ongoing execution, including the 800 kV HVDC project awarded by Power Grid Corporation of India. The company’s current order book stands close to ₹2,000 crore, offering strong execution visibility going forward.
