Sharika Enterprises (SEL) has secured a turnkey contract from the Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. (UPPTCL) for the installation of a 132 kV underground cable system.
The project covers more than 10 km along the D/C Sonik–Sarain Katiyan/Murtazanagar stretch and includes the design, supply, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage XLPE cables, along with all required civil and structural works. This win further strengthens Sharika’s position in the underground high-voltage transmission segment, showcasing its technical expertise and execution capabilities in a rapidly expanding market.
Commenting on the development, Ravinder Bhan, COO of Sharika Enterprises, said, “We are pleased to receive this order from UPPTCL.
