Ashiana's Rs 750-Cr Bet: 'Aaroham' Rises in Gurugram

Ashiana Housing has announced an investment of ₹750 crore to develop its upcoming residential project, Ashiana Aaroham, located in Sector 80, Gurugram.

Spread across 10.8 acres, the project will comprise 542 residential units. The first phase—entailing an investment of ₹250 crore—will deliver 182 units, priced between ₹2.99 crore and ₹4.19 crore. According to Varun Gupta, Whole-Time Director, the project will be designed as a child-centric community, reinforcing the company’s commitment to creating enriching and family-friendly living environments.

Ashiana Housing has a strong track record in kid-centric developments, including Ashiana Amarah in Sector 93, Gurugram, Ashiana Town in Bhiwadi, and Ashiana Umang in Jaipur. The company’s wider portfolio spans 55+ projects across four core categories—senior living, premium homes, elite homes, and kid-centric homes. It also manages and maintains over 19 million sq. ft. under lifetime service contracts.

Headquartered in Delhi, Ashiana Housing operates in eight cities across India and has delivered more than 23 million sq. ft. of constructed space to date.
