The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has issued a tender for constructing 420 low-income group (LIG) houses in TP-36 Charodi-Tragad FP-160, located in Chandlodia Ward of the North West Zone.
Part of Phase-III, Package 16, of the Corporation’s 2024-25 development plans, the project emphasizes sustainable construction practices and compliance with urban development guidelines. The total contract value is ₹79.3 crore.
The deadline for bid submission is 15 April 2025.
