Kolte-Patil Developers has acquired a 7.5-acre land parcel in Bhugaon, Pune, with an estimated saleable area of approximately 1.9 million sq. ft. and a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,400 crore.
Bhugaon is rapidly emerging as a sought-after residential destination, owing to its scenic surroundings and strategic location near premium areas such as Bavdhan and Kothrud. The locality offers excellent connectivity via the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and easy access to the Shivaji Nagar Railway Station and nearby employment hubs. Its robust social infrastructure—including reputed schools, hospitals, retail centres, and entertainment facilities—further enhances its residential appeal.
This acquisition aligns with Kolte-Patil’s strategy to deepen its presence in high-potential micro-markets. With a strong footprint in Pune and a growing presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, the company continues to expand its portfolio in key urban growth corridors across India.
