GHV Infra Secures Mega ₹2,000 Crore Housing Project in Mumbai

GHV Infra Projects has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Valor Estate for its appointment as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partner for the PAP & Police Housing Project in Malad (East), Mumbai.

With an initial project scope valued at ₹2,000 crore, the development is scheduled for completion within 60 months from the commencement date. The project underscores GHV Infra’s expanding role in large-scale infrastructure and urban housing initiatives, leveraging its proven track record in timely project delivery.

Focused on providing housing for Project Affected Persons (PAP) and police personnel, the Malad (East) initiative addresses both rehabilitation requirements and essential service accommodation—key components of Mumbai’s broader urban development agenda.

The LoI further strengthens GHV Infra’s order book and reflects Valor Estate’s confidence in the company’s execution capabilities. This project also reinforces GHV Infra’s growing footprint in Maharashtra’s real estate-linked infrastructure space, contributing to socially significant and civic-oriented housing development.
