Hiranandani Communities, part of the Niranjan Hiranandani Group, has announced a Rs 300 crore senior living development in Oragadam, Chennai, named Elements.
Spanning one million sq. ft., the project will feature 400 senior-friendly homes, including two-BHK units of 700 sq. ft., with prices starting at Rs 60 lakh. Set across 4.5 acres, the development will be executed in two phases in collaboration with GTB Urban Developers. Designed with wellness-driven living in mind, Elements aims to provide a secure and vibrant environment for senior citizens in Chennai’s rapidly growing industrial hub.
The project is expected to generate revenue of Rs 4,000 crore over the next five years, supporting Oragadam’s continued development and benefitting from recent infrastructure upgrades in the region.
