K.D.C Enterprises Builders planning to set up Residential Complex Project in Maharashtra

K.D.C Enterprises Builders & Developers intends to construct the Central Heights residential complex in Mumbra, Thane, Maharashtra. The project is still in the design phase, but completion is anticipated in 2024. The project will have a total of 284 apartments, with a blend of 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments.

 The carpeted areas of the apartments will range from 344 to 876 square feet. Two 18-story residential towers with a total cost of 60 billion rupees are included in the project's scope.
