Luxury Meets Greenery: The ₹1,850 Cr Vision of Crest Golfshire

Crest Ventures, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) with Vensco Group to develop a luxury mixed-use residential project, ‘Crest Golfshire,’ in Chembur, Mumbai.

The landmark development, to be executed through Crest Urban Living, is positioned to set a new benchmark for golf course–oriented luxury living in the city. Spread across 2.7 acres and located opposite the historic Bombay Presidency Golf Course, the project carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,850 crore, positioning it among Mumbai’s most prestigious residential addresses.

Crest Golfshire will offer spacious three-BHK and four-BHK residences, featuring vastu-compliant layouts and carpet areas ranging from 1,042 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft. The development will unlock over 5 lakh sq ft of saleable area, is registered with MahaRERA, and has construction already underway.

Crest Ventures currently has multiple residential projects under development across Mumbai and other cities, including Crest 4 Pali Hill and Crest Link in Bandra West, Crest Oaks in Andheri East, Crest Park in Jaipur, and Crest Greens – Phase 2 in Raipur.
