Prestige Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has officially entered the National Capital Region (NCR) residential market with the launch of The Prestige City - Indirapuram. The debut phases—Oakwood and Mulberry—represent a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹9,000 crore, marking one of the most significant launches in NCR real estate history.
Located in Indirapuram Extension along National Highway 24, the 62.5-acre integrated township is designed to offer a best-in-class lifestyle. Oakwood and Mulberry will deliver 3,421 premium homes across 19 towers, with thoughtfully planned 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK + Home Office, and 4 BHK + Home Office configurations ranging from 1,681 sq. ft. to 6,026 sq. ft.
With all approvals in place, Prestige Group has begun marketing the first phases. The upcoming second phase, Mayflower, is expected to elevate the total project GDV to ₹12,000 crore.
