Suraj Estate Unlocks ₹130 Crore Potential in Mumbai's Heart

Suraj Estate Developers has acquired a 644 sq. m. land parcel at NM Joshi Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, for ₹6.44 crore. The plot will be integrated with the adjacent Ambavat Bhavan project, creating a consolidated development area of 1,310 sq. m.

The combined project is expected to deliver 32,000 sq. ft. of saleable carpet area, with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹130 crore. Targeted at the value-luxury segment, the development will feature premium 1-BHK and 2-BHK apartments with optimized layouts, wide frontage, ample parking, and seamless connectivity through road, rail, and coastal links.

Strategically located, the project offers residents easy access to hospitals, retail, entertainment, and commercial hubs across Lower Parel, Worli, and Prabhadevi.

“This acquisition strengthens our footprint in South-Central Mumbai’s value-luxury segment,” said Rahul Thomas, promoter and whole-time director of Suraj Estate Developers. Founded in 1986, the company has an established presence in Mahim, Dadar, Prabhadevi, and Parel.
