TVS Emerald launched two residential projects in Chennai.

TVS Emerald, a distinguished subsidiary of TVS Holdings, has recently unveiled its fourth plotted development marvel, TVS Emerald Lake Shore, strategically located near Siruseri in Chennai. Simultaneously, the brand has opened sales for Tower 'D' within its captivating property, TVS Emerald Elements, situated in Kovilambakkami. Remarkably, the launch day witnessed joint sales amounting to an impressive Rs 200-plus crore.

The exclusive 18.3-acre development, Lake Shore, promises a unique experience with 363 meticulously planned plots ranging from 631 to 3,365 sq. ft. Currently under construction, the development is scheduled for completion by 2024. On the other hand, TVS Emerald Elements, launched in July 2023, has garnered tremendous customer interest. The successful introduction of Tower-D has resulted in the sale of 80 percent of the total 820 apartments launched as part of the project.

Both projects draw inspiration from nature and showcase intelligent design principles that resonate with the aspirations of the community.
