Worli Wins: Aspect Realty's 'Shivam' SRA Project Nears Completion.

After nearly two decades of delay, the long-stalled 'Shivam' Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) project in Worli is finally nearing completion, following the timely intervention of Aspect Realty.

Over 600 displaced families, who faced prolonged uncertainty, will soon receive fully furnished, ready-to-move-in homes. Since taking over the project last year, Aspect Realty has revived construction by clearing all pending dues, securing fresh funding, and settling outstanding rent arrears for affected residents—bringing long-overdue financial relief.

Each 300 sq ft apartment includes essential furniture and white goods, such as a bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, gas stove, and kitchen cabinets—setting a new benchmark in Mumbai’s SRA landscape.

With 'Shivam', Aspect Realty reinforces its reputation as a leader in social rehabilitation, having successfully supported over 2,500 families across the city. It also becomes the first developer in Mumbai’s SRA sector to hand over fully furnished units, transforming basic housing into livable, dignified homes.
