Juniper Green Energy, through its subsidiary Juniper Green Beam, has successfully commissioned 25 MW of wind power capacity in Dev Bhumi Dwarka district, Gujarat, as part of its planned 50 MW wind energy project in the state.
Commissioned on July 24, 2025—nearly three months ahead of its scheduled commercial operation date—the project highlights the company’s strong project execution capabilities. The power generated will be supplied under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed in 2023 with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL), ensuring reliable offtake.
Commenting on the milestone, Ankush Malik, CEO of Juniper Green Energy, said: “The early commissioning of the Dev Bhumi Dwarka wind project is a testament to Juniper Green Energy’s execution excellence and our commitment to accelerating India’s clean energy transition by delivering dependable and sustainable power.”
Further strengthening its presence in Gujarat, the company—through its subsidiary Juniper Green Bess Two—signed another PPA for a 50 MW wind project in July 2025 and received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from GUVNL, reinforcing its expanding renewable energy footprint in the region.
