Southern Railway has opened bidding for a crucial project aimed at enhancing rail infrastructure in the Ernakulam Junction-Vallattol Nagar section on the B-Route of the Thiruvananthapuram division in Kerala. The focus of this project is the implementation of an Automatic Block Signalling (ABS) system with Dual MSDAC, covering a substantial stretch of 102.74 route km
The comprehensive scope of work includes the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of the ABS system. Additionally, the project involves the provision of Electrical Interlocking/Operation Control (EI/OC) in auto location huts, construction of these huts, electrification, and the installation of traction masts in the specified section.
Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the 24th of January, 2024, marking a crucial deadline for participation in this significant rail infrastructure development.
