AAI Seeks Bids for Rs 631 Crore Darbhanga Airport Project

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is seeking proposals for the development of a new civil enclave in Darbhanga, Bihar. The project, valued at Rs 631.71 crore, includes the construction of a new terminal building, associated structures, and external development works using the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) model.

The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting surveys and investigations, as well as handling the manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of the facilities.

This encompasses the construction and maintenance of the project, along with rectifying any defects during the contract period and defects liability period. The project is scheduled to be completed within 24 months.

The deadline for submitting bids is 18th January 2024.
