Brigade Group to Develop Premium Office Space in Bengaluru

Brigade Group has recently engaged in a joint development agreement (JDA) to construct a high-end Grade-A office space in the central business district (CBD) of Bengaluru, Karnataka. The project, valued at Rs 500 crore, underscores the Group's commitment to expanding its commercial real estate portfolio.

Encompassing a developable area of approximately 0.20 million sq. ft., the initiative is geared towards addressing the escalating demand among professionals for top-tier workspaces.

In addition to this commercial venture, Brigade Group has announced its foray into a luxury housing project spanning four acres in Mysuru, projecting an estimated revenue potential of Rs 300 crore.

Notably, the company had also recently partnered with Krishna Priya Estates and Micro Labs for a residential project in North Bengaluru, boasting a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 2,100 crore.

With a rich history of completing over 80 million sq. ft. of iconic structures, Brigade Enterprises stands as a prominent player in the real estate sector, with diversified developments in residential, office, retail, and hospitality segments.
