Mumbai-based real estate firm The House of Abhinandan Lodha is expanding its footprint, planning land acquisitions in 13 new cities to reach 30 towns by March next year.
Founder Abhinandan Lodha announced the company aims to sell plots worth ₹2,200 crore this fiscal year, with a long-term goal of ₹10,000 crore in annual sales by 2029-30.
The firm has already secured land in 17 locations across Maharashtra, Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh. Development and sales are ongoing in 10 locations, with construction set to begin in the remaining seven within six months.
Founded in 2021, the company specializes in plotted developments, spanning 1,000 acres across Maharashtra, Goa, and Uttar Pradesh. It operates exclusively online, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
