Accor's Indore Double Play: Novotel & ibis Styles Arrive

Accor has announced the signing of two new properties in Indore — Novotel Indore Super Corridor and ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor — in partnership with Pitraparvat Developers.

Slated to open in 2029, this dual-branded development will bring 310 guest rooms to the rapidly growing Super Corridor, one of Central India’s key commercial and IT hubs. The Novotel will feature 170 rooms, while ibis Styles will offer 140 rooms, collectively catering to the increasing demand for high-quality accommodation across the business, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure segments.

Strategically located in a thriving urban zone, the project underscores Accor’s commitment to expanding its presence in India’s dynamic metropolitan centres. Guests can look forward to a host of amenities, including multiple dining options, a swimming pool, fitness centre, and versatile event and banquet spaces.
