ACME Solar Holdings, through its subsidiary ACME Greentech Seventh, has secured ₹2,646.64 crore in long-term financing from REC Ltd. for its 450 MW/1,800 MWh Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project. This 20-year loan will fund the development of the facility in Rajasthan, which leverages solar generation integrated with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The project is supported by two 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Ltd. at a tariff of ₹6.74/unit, ensuring reliable peak-hour power supply through the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS).
