₹100 Crore for the Future: The Agroha University Project

In a tribute to their late father, Nand Kishore Goenka, the family of Essel Group Chairman Dr. Subhash Chandra is launching a landmark educational project in Agroha, Hisar. The family intends to invest ₹100 crore to develop 32 acres of their land into a premier institution dedicated to social impact and the values of giving back to society. To ensure academic rigor, the family has partnered with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad. Dr. Chandra shared the vision for the university shortly after laying his father to rest, marking a lasting legacy for the patriarch, who passed away on July 13 at age 96.
