AMC Announces ₹237.1 Crore PPP Housing Bid for Parixitlal Nagar.

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has invited bids for the development of an integrated group housing project at Parixitlal Nagar Quarters in the Danilimala area (Town Planning Scheme 37), covering Final Plots 17, 18, 21, 23, 25, and 27.

The project will be implemented on a public–private partnership (PPP) basis under the Gujarat State Government’s Redevelopment of Public Housing Scheme, 2016. Estimated at ₹237.1 crore, the project aims to modernise public housing infrastructure by providing well-planned residential units along with essential amenities and supporting infrastructure, fostering a sustainable and community-focused living environment.

The redevelopment is expected to improve living standards for residents while contributing to overall urban renewal in the area. The bid submission process is scheduled to close on 19 February 2026.
