The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has invited tenders for the construction of a 200 million litres per day (MLD) sewage treatment plant (STP) at the Old Pirana site within the AMC limits.
The scope of work includes the construction of the STP along with the installation of incoming MS/DI rising mains, a disposal pipeline, a 66 kV switchyard, and other associated infrastructure. The contract also covers the operation and maintenance of the facility for a period of 10 years. The project, estimated at a cost of Rs 324.63 crore, is aimed at strengthening Ahmedabad’s sewage treatment and disposal system and supporting sustainable urban development.
Interested bidders are required to submit their tenders by February 23, 2026.
