This strategic investment aims to significantly impact the power landscape in West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and the Northeastern states.
This bold commitment underscores AmpIn Energy's dedication to expediting the transition towards renewable energy sources and the widespread adoption of clean energy solutions. Within the region, the company boasts the largest solar open-access portfolio, approximately 200 MWp, holds the largest utility Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with CESC for a 250 MWp wind solar hybrid project, and manages the most extensive Behind-the-Meter industrial solar project, generating 10.5 MW for an industrial customer. The imminent establishment of an integrated solar cell and module manufacturing capacity is poised to fortify the company's push towards renewable energy.
Furthermore, AmpIn Energy is in the process of establishing a colossal 1.3 GW solar manufacturing facility in Odisha. Anticipated to create numerous job opportunities, stimulate economic growth, and elevate the Eastern region as a pivotal player in the RE sector, this solar unit embodies a significant leap towards sustainable energy generation.
