Anmol Nayantara Group plans to set up Residential Complex Project at Maharashtra

Anmol Nayantara Group wants to build a new housing development in Lekha Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra. The project is called Nayantara Presidency, and it is in Lekha Nagar, Nashik, at Survey No. 26/1. The Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change has given the project the green light from an environmental standpoint.

 There will be a total of 634 Flats in the building. They will be between 2 BHK and 3 BHK in size. The project will also have a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and a play place for kids, among other things. It should take two years to finish the job. The building should begin at the beginning of 2026. Cost of the project is 31 Crores. As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started the work on the project will be finished in 2024, 2025 or 2026 It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
