ArisUnitern Revives Stalled Chennai Project in Record Time

Arisinfra Solutions’ subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions, has successfully delivered a premium residential project in Chennai, receiving the completion certificate for an end-to-end execution.

Spread across 2,68,000 sq. ft., the development consists of five residential towers with 185 units, completed in just over 24 months—a strong testament to ArisUnitern’s execution speed and operational efficiency. The project, initially launched by another developer, had stalled midway before being revived.

Investcorp, a leading global alternative investment firm based in Bahrain and the project’s lender, appointed ArisUnitern to take full control with a mandate to protect stakeholder interests and unlock the project's potential. ArisUnitern managed every phase—from planning and design to procurement and final delivery. Construction began in January 2023 and concluded slightly beyond the two-year mark.

This achievement underscores Arisinfra’s integrated project delivery model, which blends turnkey execution with assured material supply to mitigate risks, deliver consistent results, and enhance value.
