Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Expands Footprint in Telangana

Arunjyoti Bio Ventures has completed the registration of a land and warehouse acquisition in Jangaon, Telangana, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy.

The acquisition includes two acres and six guntas of land and a 22,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Initially approved by the Board of Directors on 11 December 2024, the proposal received shareholder approval during an EGM on 6 January 2025. The transaction was finalized with the property’s registration on 6 August 2025.

This move underscores the company’s commitment to operational growth and reinforces its asset base in the region.
