Arvind SmartSpaces Bags Vastrapur: ₹400 Cr. Project

Arvind SmartSpaces has acquired a residential project in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, encompassing 3.6 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area and offering a potential top-line revenue of approximately ₹400 crore.

Situated on a 1.15-acre land parcel, the project marks the company’s 24th development in Gujarat. The location benefits from excellent connectivity to major infrastructure, including metro corridors, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and prominent business hubs such as Navratna Business Park and Pinnacle Business Park. CEO and Whole-time Director Priyansh Kapoor noted that the company plans to further expand its footprint in Gujarat, Bengaluru, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by adding more projects within the year.

Part of the Lalbhai Group legacy, Arvind SmartSpaces has a development portfolio of around 10.8 crore sq. ft. across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, MMR, and Pune. The Vastrapur acquisition strengthens the company’s presence in West Ahmedabad and aligns with its strategy to diversify across both horizontal and vertical developments.
