Asha Realty Developers wants to build Mall Complex Project in Bihar

Asha Realty Developers Private Limited is establishing a new multi-brand mall named Centrum Mall at Mushari, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The project aims to provide a one-stop shopping and entertainment destination for the people of Muzaffarpur and surrounding areas. 

The mall will have a total area of 2.5 lakh sq ft and will house a variety of retail stores, restaurants, food courts, and entertainment facilities. Total cost of the project is 125 Crores. The sort of project Centrum Mall is a multi-brand shopping center that is located in Mushari, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. It was developed by Asha Realty Developers Private Limited and has a total size of 2.5 acres, retail spaces that are 2 lakh square feet, and entertainment amenities included inside it. Multiplex theater, food court, and gaming zone.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 60% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
