Anjash Enterprise Plans to set up Bulk Drug Intermediates Project in Gujarat

Anjash Enterprise is establishing a new BDIs manufacturing unit at Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Gujarat. The project aims to produce a range of BDIs, which are essential components used in the pharmaceutical industry. The plant will be equipped with modern machinery and equipment to ensure high-quality production.

This project will cost a total of 2.68 crores.  The whole area is one thousand square meters. Greenbelt Area: 400 square meters (40 percent) 221.35 square meters outside of the plant premises around the perimeter of the facility, in addition to 178.65 square meters (about 17 percent) within the plant premises. 30.0 MT per month for bulk drugs and their intermediates. 7000 SCM is equal to natural gas. Diesel is equal to 15.0 liters per hour, which is equivalent to 35.6 kiloliters per liter (industrial: 33.1 kiloliters, domestic: 1.0 kiloliters, and gardening: 1.5 kiloliters). 15.8 KLD in total (5.5 KLD from the process, 0.5 KLD from the boiler, 1.0 KLD from cooling, 1.0 KLD from washing, and 6.0 KLD from the scrubber) plus 0.8 KLD from the domestic sector and 0 KLD from gardening. From DGVCL, 250 kilovolts. 

As on November 2023,The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
