Ambica Infotech wants to build IT Park/ Multiplex Project in Uttar Pradesh

Ambica Infotech Private Limited is proposing a new IT Park cum Multiplex at C 3, IT Park Belt, Alpha II, Greater Noida, Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The project, named Ambica IT Park, will provide state-of-the-art office spaces and a multiplex for the residents of Greater Noida and surrounding areas. The IT Park will also have amenities like a business center, conference rooms, and recreational facilities. 

Ambica Infotech Private Limited is the developer of the construction project known as IT Park cum Multiplex, which is located in Greater Noida, Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, at Location C 3, IT Park Belt, Alpha II. Amenities include a business center, conference rooms, and recreational amenities. The project is known as Ambica IT Park, and it has a total area of 4.5 acres. Office spaces are 2 lakh square feet, while the multiplex is 50,000 square feet.

IT and ITES companies may take use of the contemporary and well-equipped office spaces that are provided. Increases the number of business premises that are available in Greater Noida fosters the expansion of information technology and information technology-enabled services and job opportunities, Contributes to the general growth of Greater Noida by providing inhabitants with access to a multiplex that provides leisure and recreation.

As on November 2023,The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
