Bandra Reclamation: Adani's Exclusive Enclave

Adani Realty is preparing to launch its most ambitious luxury residential development in Mumbai’s coveted Bandra Reclamation area, marking a significant foray into the ultra-premium housing segment.

Situated on a 20-acre sea-facing plot along the Bandra-Worli Sea Link approach road, overlooking Mahim Bay, the land was acquired last year from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). The project is currently in the design stage, with the first phase—spanning five acres—set to commence construction post regulatory approvals. Residences are expected to be priced at approximately Rs 1 lakh per sq. ft., placing them among the most premium offerings in the Indian real estate market.

The development will feature large-format residences starting at 5,000 sq. ft., along with ultra-luxurious duplexes and penthouses up to 12,000 sq. ft., all offering panoramic sea views. World-class amenities will include a branded clubhouse, premium retail outlets, and wellness-focused facilities such as a spa, salon, golf simulator, and an infinity pool, with international architects engaged in the design.

This project forms part of Adani Realty’s larger push into high-value real estate. The firm recently acquired a Rs 170 crore plot on Carmichael Road, secured the Rs 36,000 crore Motilal Nagar redevelopment project, and is currently developing a 1,000-acre integrated township in Navi Mumbai, near the upcoming international airport.
