BCD Group Secures Rs 660 Crore Residential Project in Bengaluru

BCD Group has secured a significant contract worth Rs 660 crore for a sprawling 1.5 million sq. ft. residential project in Bengaluru from Ramsons Trendsquares. Situated in the tech hub of Sarjapur, this mixed-use development spans 6.5 acres and includes 600 units in phase-I, with plans for an expansive phase-II encompassing five million sq. ft. of residential and commercial spaces. Phase-I has already sold out, prompting BCD to move swiftly towards commencing phase-II.

Bengaluru's burgeoning real estate market, driven by a surge in technology companies and a thriving retail and entertainment sector, has elevated property values, making this venture an attractive investment opportunity. Ramsons Trendsquares's collaboration with BCD Group enhances the latter's order book, which currently totals Rs 1,500 crore for developing premium properties across central and secondary business districts in the city. Notably, this marks the inaugural partnership between BCD and Ramsons Trendsquares, underscoring their combined commitment to delivering high-quality real estate solutions in Bengaluru's prime locations.
