Bhopal's 1,500 Hectare Leap: EoI for the Future 'Educity' Hub

The Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) has invited Expressions of Interest (EoIs) for the planning, development, and execution of an “Educity” at Bhauri, near Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Envisioned across approximately 1,500 hectares, the project aims to establish a world-class hub for education, research, and innovation. BDA is seeking EoIs from qualified urban planning and design firms, developers, infrastructure companies, academic and research institutions, and consortiums.

The last date for submitting EoIs is 2 December 2025.
