The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has issued a tender for the development of a multi-level, automatic car parking facility at the Charminar Old Bus Stand in Hyderabad, Telangana.
The project will be executed under a public-private partnership (PPP) using the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) model. Aimed at meeting the rising demand for parking in the historic and heavily congested Charminar area, the facility will feature advanced automated systems to maximise space efficiency. The initiative forms part of GHMC’s broader efforts to upgrade urban infrastructure and reduce traffic congestion across the city.
Interested developers must submit their bids by 27 December 2025.
