Binusaria ISPAT Doubles Down: New Furnace Fuels Telangana's Steel Surge

A 5 crore investment to build a new Induction Furnace Manufacturing Unit in Teegapur Village, Kothur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, would boost Binusaria ISPAT Private Limited. This development will improve the company's manufacturing capacity, making it vital to Telangana's steel sector.

A 1200 TPD Induction Furnace melts scrap and sponge iron to generate liquid metal, while a 1200 TPD Re-Rolling Mill processes the molten metal to make TMT bars. A total of 396,000 tons of TMT bars, ingots, and billets are anticipated annually.

Binusaria ISPAT's manufacturing capacity will increase, meeting Telangana and adjoining areas' rising steel demand. To meet building and infrastructure demands, the firm will supply additional steel products, including TMT bars, ingots, and billets. Teegapur and adjacent towns will benefit from building, operation, and logistics jobs from the project.

Land acquisition and permissions are ongoing for the project. After approvals, construction should begin shortly. In the future, Binusaria ISPAT's Induction Furnace Unit would boost Telangana's steel industry and infrastructure. To accommodate India's expanding demand for high-quality steel, the firm expanded.

For project updates, see Binusaria ISPAT's website or read press releases. This project's prospective effect may be assessed by following India's steel sector and government infrastructure development efforts.
