Brigade Group's Major Office Space Deal in Bengaluru

Brigade Group, through its subsidiary Brigade Tetrarch (BTPL), has inked a significant deal to develop a 1.4 million square foot leasable office space in Bengaluru. This project marks a major step in the company's expansion strategy, reinforcing its presence in the city's commercial real estate market.

The new development, located on the strategic Airport Road, NH-44, will benefit from excellent connectivity and accessibility, making it a prime spot for businesses. This area is known as a commercial hub, attracting numerous enterprises looking for top-tier office spaces.

With an investment of approximately ₹750 crore, the project is poised to generate substantial returns. It is expected to yield an annual lease income close to ₹100 crore, highlighting its potential as a lucrative venture for Brigade Group.

The decision to enter into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) agreement for this development aligns with Brigade Group's strategic goals of leveraging partnerships to optimize resources and enhance project outcomes. This collaboration is set to boost the group's portfolio significantly.
