Brigade Enterprises has expanded its Hyderabad presence by acquiring a 4.04-acre land parcel in Neopolis Phase-3 for over ₹475 crore through an HMDA auction, marking its second major investment in the rapidly developing Kokapet corridor.
This acquisition follows last year’s purchase of Plot No. 8, now being developed as Brigade Gateway, Hyderabad—a premium mixed-use project modelled on the company’s flagship Bengaluru development. The existing project features Orion Mall, World Trade Center Hyderabad, a five-star InterContinental hotel, and luxury residences, positioning it as a future business hub.
The latest acquisition further strengthens Brigade’s footprint in a market experiencing growing demand for Grade-A and mixed-use assets, supported by infrastructure improvements and proximity to the Outer Ring Road. Executive Director Amar Mysore said, “Hyderabad is a key market in our expansion strategy,” highlighting the city’s robust commercial demand, tech-driven growth, and the attractiveness of high-potential micro-markets like Neopolis.
