Burkhan: ₹1,500 Cr AI Server Bet on Karnataka

Burkhan World Investment Group, a US-based company, has announced plans to invest ₹1,500 crore in Karnataka to establish a facility for manufacturing advanced AI-powered servers.

Confirming the development on November 6, 2025, Karnataka’s Minister for Industries, M.B. Patil, stated that the company has requested 10–15 acres of land near Devanahalli, which will be allotted shortly. The investment is expected to generate employment opportunities and strengthen Karnataka’s ecosystem for semiconductors, AI hardware, and electronics manufacturing.

The AI-powered servers produced at the facility will cater to global demand and be exported internationally. The project will involve collaborations with global technology leaders such as Gigabyte and Cera Network, alongside Indian partners including Resolute Group and Quad-Gen for R&D, technology transfer, and academic partnerships.

As part of its long-term vision, Burkhan will also establish its India and EMEA Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru and roll out statewide skill development programs to build a robust talent pipeline for emerging technologies.
