Casagrand Millenia has acquired a 1.18-hectare land parcel in Wagholi, Pune, for Rs. 126.04 crore from Krishna Realtors Skyscraper.
As per IGR property registration documents, the transaction, finalized in January 2025, involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 8.82 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
Wagholi, strategically located along the Pune-Ahilyanagar Highway and close to the Kharadi IT Hub, has evolved into a prominent residential area. The upcoming 11 km Ramwadi-Wagholi Metro extension, which includes 11 new stations, is expected to further enhance connectivity, making it an attractive destination for businesses and homebuyers. The locality is also well-connected to commercial centers, reputed schools, hospitals, and shopping hubs.
Casagrand Millenia is a privately held, non-government entity registered with the Registrar of Companies in Chennai.
