Ceigall-JSP Wins ₹509 Cr. Mohali Aerotropolis Contract

A joint venture between Ceigall India Ltd. (CIL) and JSP Projects Pvt. Ltd. (JSPPPL) has secured a ₹509.20 crore contract from the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA).

As per the Letter of Award (LoA) dated 24 September 2025, the JV has been entrusted with the construction of internal roads for Pockets B, C, and D in the Aerotropolis project at S.A.S Nagar (Mohali). The scope of work includes civil, public health, and electrical infrastructure, all critical to the area’s planned urban development. The project carries a completion timeline of 24 months.

The joint venture is structured with Ceigall India holding an 80% stake and JSPPPL holding 20%. Together, the partners aim to deliver high-quality urban infrastructure within a tight schedule, reinforcing their capabilities in large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects.

This contract marks a key milestone for both companies and contributes to the accelerated urbanization and connectivity enhancement efforts underway in the Mohali region.
