Coal in Motion: SECL Floats New Transport Tender at Dipka

South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has floated a tender for handling, transportation, and allied mining services at the Dipka Open Cast (OC) Expansion Project in the Dipka area of Chhattisgarh.

The scope of work includes the deployment of pay loaders and tippers for the mechanical loading and transportation of coal. The service contract will be awarded for an approximate duration of three years, with bidders required to submit percentage-based quotes. The project is intended to support coal production activities by ensuring efficient and reliable loading and transportation operations at the site. This tender highlights SECL’s continued focus on improving operational efficiency across its mining projects.

The bid submission deadline is January 31, 2026.
