NHPC has invited bids for the development of power evacuation infrastructure for its 1,200 MW Jalaun Solar Park project in Uttar Pradesh.
The contract, valued at Rs 614.21 crore, involves the design and construction of critical infrastructure required for the efficient evacuation of power generated from the solar park. The project is expected to play a vital role in integrating large-scale solar power into the grid, thereby supporting India’s renewable energy targets. It also underscores NHPC’s commitment to expanding its renewable energy portfolio and strengthening the country’s power transmission infrastructure.
Interested bidders are required to submit their bids by February 16, 2026.
