Cosmic PV Goes Big: Lands ₹600 Crore Zetwerk Order

Cosmic PV Power has secured solar module supply orders worth approximately ₹600 crore from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses, marking its official entry into the independent power producer (IPP) segment.

Having previously catered primarily to mid-sized EPC players and select OEMs, this order represents a strategic move toward larger utility-scale projects. Company leaders noted that the deal has already generated strong interest from major IPPs, with additional large orders anticipated in the coming months—supporting Cosmic PV’s accelerated growth plans over the next one to two years. Chairman Jenish Ghael confirmed that module dispatches for Zetwerk have already begun.

Managing Director Shravan Gupta emphasized the company’s readiness to handle large-scale commitments as it expands across the utility and IPP markets. With rapid capacity growth—from 200 MW to a 3 GW integrated module gigafactory—and upcoming ventures in solar cell and battery manufacturing, Cosmic PV is positioning itself as a fully integrated clean energy player advancing India’s renewable energy ambitions.
