CPWD Invites Bids for 200-Bed Hospital and ESIC Buildings in Bengaluru

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has announced bids for constructing a 200-bed hospital and related structures for the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) at Bommasandra, Bengaluru. This project, valued at Rs 223.73 crore, includes a comprehensive development plan featuring ancillary buildings and 62 staff quarters. The construction scope encompasses designing and building several RCC structures, including a canteen, mortuary block, gas store, IT panel cum substation, and pump room.

The CPWD emphasizes that the project will be completed within 27 months, ensuring the timely delivery of these essential healthcare facilities. The initiative aims to bolster healthcare infrastructure in the region, providing enhanced medical services and facilities for ESIC beneficiaries.

Prospective bidders have until August 14, 2024, to submit their bids. The project presents an excellent opportunity for construction firms specializing in healthcare infrastructure to showcase their expertise in planning, design, and execution.
