Deepak Builders Bags ₹474 Crore IOCL Contract

Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has secured the position of L1 (lowest) bidder for a large-scale residential construction project near the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex Township in Haryana.

The project scope includes the construction of 12 high-rise residential towers (G+13) using advanced monolithic construction technology. In addition, it covers the development of parking areas, a sewerage treatment plant, internal infrastructure, roadworks, and other associated amenities under Package-I.

The estimated project value stands at ₹474.25 crore, as per the IOCL eProcurement Portal. Once formally awarded, this project is expected to take Deepak Builders & Engineers’ total order book to around ₹2,000 crore, further reinforcing its position in the construction sector.
