Devanahalli’s New Anchor: Brigade Industrial Park

Brigade Group has entered the industrial real estate sector with the launch of Brigade Industrial Park, a 25-acre development in Devanahalli in North Bengaluru. The project will span about 2 million sq ft and is designed to support industries such as Aerospace & Defence, IT/ITES, and data centres.

Commenting on the initiative, Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., said the company’s entry into industrial real estate represents an important step in Brigade’s growth journey and will allow it to contribute to the development of a rapidly expanding sector.

The move reflects Brigade Group’s broader strategy to diversify beyond residential and commercial real estate into industrial and technology-driven infrastructure, tapping into the rising demand for specialized industrial spaces in Bengaluru’s northern corridor.
