NBCC (India) Ltd has strengthened its order book after securing new projects worth ₹271.32 crore in the regular course of business.
The fresh work orders span a range of infrastructure developments across multiple cities. These include the construction of institutional buildings for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) in Chandigarh, Ranchi, and Baroda, with a combined contract value of ₹9.13 crore. NBCC has also been awarded the development of a headquarters building at Lodhi Road for ₹26.06 crore and a Centre of Excellence (CoE) building in Jaipur valued at ₹4 crore.
The largest project among the new orders is the Namami Ganga Aquarium-cum-Discovery Learning Centre in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, with a contract value of ₹232.13 crore. Awarded by the Department of Fisheries, Uttarakhand, the project highlights NBCC’s expanding role in the development of specialised and high-value public infrastructure facilities.
