DEVIT’s Big Win: ₹29 Cr Contract at GIFT City

Dev Information Technology Limited (DEVIT) has secured a major contract from Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT) for the procurement of AutoCAD licences, including a three-year subscription for the Development and Trading Area (DTA) of GIFT City.

The order, valued at around Rs 29 crore, will enable GIFT City to utilise AutoCAD’s advanced design and drafting solutions. The scope includes access to an integrated BIM platform supporting architectural design, structural engineering, MEP, and construction workflows, along with advanced 2D drafting and 3D modelling capabilities. The solution also features AI-driven tools such as Smart Blocks, Markup Import, and automation, enabling efficient design management.

The deployment is expected to provide cost-effective solutions for preparing zoning drawings, layouts, and regulatory documentation. The contract strengthens DEVIT’s presence in the urban infrastructure technology space and underscores GIFT City’s continued emphasis on adopting cutting-edge digital tools to support its large-scale development initiatives.
