DLF Bets Big on IREO: Partners with Everstone in ₹3,750 Crore Deal

DLF and Singapore's Everstone Group have signed an exclusive term sheet to form a joint venture to invest in IREO India companies, with DLF planning to invest about ₹3,750 crore for a majority stake.

The proposed JV will acquire at least a 20% stake along with governance rights in IREO India companies, bringing the JV's total economic interest to about 40%, while IREO Funds retain the remainder. The partnership aims to unlock real estate development opportunities in Delhi, Gurugram, and other regions, managed by an independent team under an agreed business plan guided by DLF and Everstone.
