PWD Bids Invited for Delhi's District Court

The Public Works Department (PWD), Delhi, invites bids for the construction of a District Court complex located at Shastri Park near Usmanpur in Delhi.

The comprehensive scope of work encompasses the construction of the main block, external development, internal and external lighting, lift installations, fire fighting systems, fire alarms integrated with a public address (PA) system, diesel generator (DG) sets, electrical substation, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as horticulture and allied works.

The estimated contract value is Rs 172.33 crore, and the project is expected to be completed within a period of 20 months.

Interested parties are required to submit their bids by the deadline of 23 February 2024.
